The Division of Taxation has begun mailing 2021 Senior Freeze (Property Tax Reimbursement) checks to applicants who filed before May 1, 2022.

The deadline for 2021 applications is October 31, 2022.

Property tax reimbursement checks will be mailed to qualified applicants as follows:

• Applications filed before May 1, 2022 will have checks issued on or before July 15, 2022.
• Applications filed between May 1 - June 1, 2022 will have checks issued on or before September 1, 2022.
• Applications filed between June 2 - September 1, 2022 will have checks issued on or before November 1, 2022.
• Applications filed after September 2, 2022 will have checks issued on or before December 1, 2022.
