Borough Administrator/Clerk
New Jersey statute identifies the Municipal Clerk as the Secretary of the governing body, the Secretary of the Municipal Corporation, the Administrative and Licensing officer and the Election Administrator. The Borough Clerk serves in the capacity of Secretary to the Borough Council, Custodian of Government Records, Election Official, and Registrar of Vital Statistics.

Notary
A Notary Public is a public officer who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents and to the acknowledgment of signatures on documents. A Notary Public may also administer oaths and affirmations.

Borough ordinances require permits for the sale of the following items:
